I am so frustrated with Comcast
All I need is the string of #'s to get my laptop online and Comcast won't help. Been calling for 3 weeks. With the $ I pay every month I don't get it. And they refuse to help or transfer me to Tier 2 Tech. Just got off the phone and the rep was not knowledgable at all tried to tell me that the MAC address of my router was another machine I had set up.
