How to tell when your contract is up? FTTH is here and I am switching

How to tell when your contract is up? FTTH 1 Gbit symetrical is here and I am switching for less than 1/2 the price of what I pay for 300Mbit service.

 

Where can I find my contract info ?

would love to see the answer to this. tried to call the 24/7 hour customer support line and they are currently closed..

Thank you for taking the time to reach out to us on our Business forums.

 

If you need a copy of your contract a comcast rep would have to send it to you. There is no way to pull it within the portal. If you do need one or multiple contracts you can contact Comcast Business at 1-800-391-3000. Thank you!
