How do I file a formal complaint?

We have been trying to schedule an installation for our business internet for weeks, but Comcast support has not been able to help. How do I file a formal complaint and get this issue resolved?

Here are the detailed steps to direct message us:

•Click "Sign In" if necessary
•Click the "Direct Message” icon (upper right corner of this page)
•Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
•Type "Comcast Business" in the to line and select "Comcast Business" from the drop-down list
•Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
•Press Enter to send your message

@Comcast_Tony​ I'm unable to login to send a Direct Message. When I attempt to login, I get an error message. Is there another way to establish communication? If I give you our business address, can you send me an email?

The error is

"Email update is disabled"

I can see how that would be frustrating, @user_a3e89b. Under normal circumstances, your login for sending public messages and private messages should be the same, unless your permissions were set to restrict contact or notifications. Can you try logging in with an incognito browser window, and see if it lets you send a message that way?
