How about a report outage button?

While it's nice that the web page has a green light showing that my Internet is working, I assure you, that is incorrect as of right now.  It would be great to have a button I can press to report that my Internet is out, or be able to text 266-278 OUTAGE or something similar to report that I am down.  This would then create a trouble ticket automatically with my information.

This is in regards to an Internet outage in Oakland, CA 94618.   I Saw a Comcast truck at Napa and Broadway working on the pole, Internet went offline afterwards.
