I have had Comcast for years, but in the past two months the service has been HORRIBLE!! The past week the internet has been out at least 5 times in the morning. Last month there was more outages. I am paying for business service because I run a business and outages cost me money. 


All they can tell me is "a partial node outage" that means nothing to me. I am paying for service and not receiving it. I would like to know what is going to be done about this. I keep calling and no one can tell me anything but there is an outage. Why are there continuous outages? Why are they not fixed? What is going to be done about this? besides me cancelling my service!!
