High Ping Spikes and Excessive jitter from Residential to Business
I had no issue on the Residential side, went business for the 300GB cap. Now excessive ping spikes and jitter. All machines, rebooted modem and router, issue lies here:
lag-5.ear2.b0atlanta2.Level3.net
Tested over 10 minutes avg pin 52ms including error/timeouts
Jitter spans 85.88

If the issue truly does lie at that DNS name, then it is likely not under Comcast's control (it is a Level3 domain). It's possible that Level3 uses a different route to get to Comcast's residential IP space versus business.
