High packet loss

I'm getting some pretty high packet loss. I'm in the Davie area. My download speeds are fine but my upload speeds are absolutely terrible.

Running a ping with a packet size of 1024 bytes gives back these results

PING google.com (216.58.216.206) 1024(1052) bytes of data.
72 bytes from ord31s21-in-f14.1e100.net (216.58.216.206): icmp_seq=1 ttl=51 (truncated)

^C
--- google.com ping statistics ---
64 packets transmitted, 42 received, 34% packet loss, time 63219ms
rtt min/avg/max/mdev = 47.089/49.283/58.220/3.312 ms

34% packet loss. I've been trying to stream some video all afternoon. Any problems in this area?

HI dimgl.  The results of your test could indicate an issue with the modem itself or with the line.  If you are still experiencing packet loss, a service call can be scheduled to determine he root cause and make the necessary repairs.  Please let me know if you need assistance scheduling a service call.

Thank You
