High packet loss since 15OCT2020

A few dozen friends from around the world are playing a game connecting through swgemu.com. All players across multiple US states using Comcast are experiencing high packet loss. All players using an ISP other than Comcast are experiencing no connection issues. How does one fix this?

This issue stems from Comcast's hub capacity.  Their TV service usage is blowing out their internet service leaving internet with near 0Mbps upload speed.  Last night the cause was people trying to watch the Town Hall Meetings, tonight is people trying to watch a sport event.
