Help - Security Edge needs shut down!

Please shut down Security Edge for both our accounts.  It is blocking sites that our employees use.  I have 2 tickets open on this issue and this is day 2 of this quest.  Comcast turned this filter on with a switch - so I don't understand why they can't turn it off with a switch.  I have called the 800-391-3000 and been basically blown off on my request for information on when this will be turned off - on why I can't speak with a more advanced person to help get this shut off.  It has been truly maddening and I think it may be an example of why customers get so frustrated with the cable company.  Is there anyone out there that can simply turn off this Security Edge?  (And yes, I have been all over "My account" and that is not the solution....
