Getting Very Slow Speeds Most of the Time
My speed are droping to 1.5 and 2Mbps, im paying for up to 50Mbps which I have gotten in the past but no much lately. The modem is new and i've tested at the modem and I have made no new changes to my network. I saw the recomendation to post your modem's signal levels for working on connectivity issues, so I'll start there. Maybe someone can take a look and let me know how it is. Thank you.

You've got a downstream channel with an exceptionally low SNR (29db) and 2 channels with a very high error count. It appears you may have some line issues, and with signals like this you should be able to get a tech visit scheduled, if you call in. 1-800-391-3000

Your upstream power level is a bit low. Hard to say if that will effect overall speed. I'd expect more modem reboot/disconnects. Do your speeds tend to drop around a certain time or is it consistently bad? Also have you run all of your test while directly connected to the modem?
