FW.WANATTACK DROP

We have been experiencing an FW.WANATTACK DROP about everyday that interrupts our business internet multiple times throughout the day.   A technician came out and replaced the modem but that has not stopped the instability.  We are still seeing the FW.WANATTACK DROP in the Comcast modem logs.  We have 5 static ip addresses for this location.  What can be done to prevent this from happening?

@Comcast_Chelsea​ Thank you very much.  Yes, we have and it has been apparently escalated but there has still not been a resolution.  I called again today and was told it has been escalated however the issue is still happening.
