Frequent Disconnects to Blizzard Entertainment Servers.

Getting frequent disconnects while trying to play Blizzard games, contact their support and after providing them with this WINMTR paste, they said that i'd have to contact my ISP's support due to 24% packet loss on this hop

Hello Internetguy23 and welcome to Forums. While dealing with this issue does it appear as though it is a certain time of day or just sporadically?

I apologize for my delayed response. I see that you have an active ticket open for your issue. Have you had a tech out to your location to try and resolve the issue?

Would be helpful if we could see the inbound (from them to you) to get full picture, but that MTR indicates loss outside of the Ccomcast network and within the AT&T network.

Is there any way to reroute the connection?

I'm still having issues. I talked to blizzard support and the MTR they had me run goes from their servers to my modem. It shows packet loss on the hop right before my house, and since it's inside the comcast network unlike the AT&T hops in the last MTRs i linked, hopefully you guys can do something about it.

MTR:

What blizzard support told me,

"What I found that is current, is the Looking Glass test you sent. The Looking Glass may appear differently because it is a downstream test, meaning it tests from the server to your computer. WinMTR on the other hand is upstream, meaning it tests from your computer to the server. In the results I saw that the last hop from Comcast before your house there is 10% of the data being lost. That may not sound like much, but in the internet world, it is more than enough to cause disconnections from a game that requires a constant connection."
