Yes, this will purge all your current settings. It'll reset the modem as if you just got it today for the first time. There is a small pin hole on the back of the device. If you hold it down for 2 seconds or so it'll reboot the modem. If you hold it down for 6 or 7 seconds, it'll factory reset the BWG.

Hey there, ikop32! Appreciate you taking the time to ask about a factory reset for your biz modem. There is a small pin on the modem that you can use to hard reset the modem. Are you using a business wireless gateway (BWG)?
