Email Issues

Background:

I transferred my email from my residential account   "xxxxxxxx@comcast.net"  to my new business account back in June.  Everything has been working flawlessly since, until yesterday, I can no longer send or receive email from my iPhone or my iMac. 

 

I am not sure what the actual issue is, but I do know that I have connectivity to the internet, Comcast Customer Service confirms that the email address was in fact transferred.  When I attempt to send or receive I get an authentification error, leading me to believe that something has changed on the Comcast server side not allowing me to log in.

 

Any thoughts?

Current email account settings:

Incomming Mail Server:  mail.comcast.net

Username:  rickpainter

 

Outgoing Mail Server:  smtp.comcast.net  (Default Ports 25,465,587)

Using SSL

Username:  rickpainter@comcast.net
