Egregious ETF (during a pandemic!)
Like many small businesses, the pandemic has taken a toll. I can no longer afford $135 a month for spotty service. I regrettably have Comcast Business service, which charges me more than the price stated on the contract and cannot provide the phone service that is allegedly part of my bundle. NOW COMCAST WANTS MORE THAN $2,000 TO CANCEL THE REMAINING 23 MONTHS ON A 36-MONTH CONTRACT, DURING A PANDEMIC. This is a despicable business practice.
