Download speed is below contract agreement

The actual business class speeds span from Starter @ 16Mbps down / 3 Mbps up, Deluxe 50 @ 50/10, Deluxe75 @ 75/15m Deluxe100 @ 100/20 and Deluxe150 @ 150/20. Comcast guarantees these internet speed with a Computer connected directly to one of the Comcast Gateway (CG) ethernet LanPorts 1-4. Please confirm that this is where your posted speedtest.net reading was taken. If not, than reconnect and restest and post your new results. If it is, then please provide up a copy of your upload and download power levels from within your CG. Akso, please give us a little more detail about your network interconnection.
