Disconnects / Reconnects

I am wondering why our service for our business continues every afternoon about this time disconnects and reconnects; over and over. We have had Comcast out... When Comcast is called they alert us there is no areas that are experiencing issues in our area, but if I go to our communities FB there are plenty of people having the same issue, then I Google it and the same issue comes up with others ALL OVER. When our internet is down so are our phones. It is getting to be a pain to explain to clients why our phones are down. So I take my phone OFF the internet and then just use Sprint and answer email. This is crazy.

And why do we have all green lights when service is obviously OUT?

Now we have internet but no phones. Why does this happen the last 3-4 hours each business day? And we are suppose to have FAST connections, etc. or atleast this is what we are told.

Hi Branard.  The issues that you've described can be caused by faulty equipment or an issue on the line.  I have engaged the Regional Support Center to assist with a service call to address the issues.
