Have had Comcast since April with no real issues.  Last few days have been getting e-mails bounced back with this in the body of the e-mail:

This is an automatically generated Delivery Status Notification.

I have read through previous threads at different times on this problem and am not sure whose responsibility it is to fix?

Is there a summarized strategy on what to do?

Welcome dugco.  Comcast is aware of this issue and our Security Assurance Team is working to resolve this issue.  We will update the Forum as additional information become available.

Thank You

Same issue here for two weeks now.  Have called comcast thrice and all they can say is its a known issue, they're working on it, and just keep resending and it eventually will go through a non compromised server.  Most recently (today, Oct 10) they told me it was not a Comcast internal issue, but a subscriber issue... shifting the blame to subscribers really disturbs me... the comcast servers/IP addresses are what are getting blacklisted!  Deal with it!  Buy spamcop if you have to.
