dcp3941b NAT not working

After a recent firmware update to the DCP3941B router the NAT is no longer working.  I have tried everything from turning off firewalls to seting up statip IP directly on the servers only to prove that the NAT simply does not work.  I have 5 static IPs and 3 are assigned to NAT the public to private address.  

Under port management I have Disable all rules and allow all inbound traffic through.

Under FW-IPv4 I have Disable Firewall for True Static IP Subnet Only & Disable Gateway Smart Packet Detection

Help!
