Customer Service Concern – Comcast Business

I just got off the phone with a customer representative from Comcast Business, and I believe his name was Charlie. Unfortunately, he was rude, short, and not very friendly during our conversation.

I would appreciate it if his supervisor could review our call and discuss with him the importance of professionalism and customer service. I have two Comcast Business accounts and pay a significant monthly fee, and I do not expect to be spoken to in that manner.

I will provide the case number and account details privately upon request. Please let me know how this matter will be addressed.

Please send us a direct message with your full name, business name, full address, and phone number.
 
• Click "Sign In" if necessary
• Click the "Direct Messaging" icon in the top right corner
• Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
• The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Comcast Business"  
• - As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select “Comcast Business" from that list
• - A “Comcast_Business" graphic replaces the "To:" line
• Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
• Press Enter to send it
