Customer retention
Comcast spent thousands upon thousands of dollars to set up our multiple businesses with Comcast services. After four years, our prices have increased 50%. Our rates increased DURING our last contract....under the guise of "equipment fees and taxes." Our term is up in a few months. I called to get a better rate. Nope, not willing to make an agreement with me...correction, they are willing to have me resign another two year contract at an increase. Guess what? St*rlink is less expensive, the rates aren't variable and there is no contract. Maybe you guys should start thinking about taking care of your existing customers.....new customers cost your company a whole lot more.
