Construction has not contacted me, no updates.

I need a way to contact the construction department for Comcast. We have not heard from them about installing Internet at our new location and I can not even get status updates. Starting to get worried.

Can you please click on my handle (Comcast_Gina) and send a private message with your name, the business name, the complete service address (including city, state, ZIP, suite number, etc), and the phone, account or Lead ID number?
