constant outages cant do business!!
Our TV, internet, and phone is constantly going out. Third time in a week. It has been out for about 6 hours. We can't get the work done as all communication is cut off! Who can I complain too? They keep saying it will be fixed by a certain hour, then raise the hours past that. It is frustrating!!!!

That is no problem. I do understand how impactful any disruption to the services can be to a business. I did review the service disruption that impacted the services yesterday was due to weather conditions in the area that impacted the primary node. the node is the device that routes the services to your location. As we try everything that we can to ensure that we plan for every instance that may impact the services unfortunately there are many things that are difficult to avoid Mother Nature being one of them. I am reviewing previous issues in the area that may have been impacting the services over the last 5 weeks. I am showing very minor issues that did not impact all services such as 1 tv programming channel being out. Can you tell me a little more about the previous issues you have had?

I just wanted to confirm that I understand correctly. Were you referring to yesterday Thursday 2/7/19? Can you confirm the previous dates that the services were impacted?

We have had constant outages. Twice this week and once last week. It was out for about 6 hours on Thurs 2-8-19. We used to not have problems, but in the last 5 months we have.

The other issues were that it all goes out. I will try to keep a log of each time this happens in the future.
