So last night there was scheduled maintenace in our area (Clear Lake, TX of Houston) and ever since I have experienced connectivity problems at our house and at work (Xfinity and Comcast Business). A lot of websites will not load and just sit acting like they are trying to load. Box.com even gives an error stating the port 80 or 443 is being blocked by a firewall. Once again it appears Comcast has put in some device to block/throttle traffic - EVEN ON BUSINESS CLASS. This is unacceptable and need resolution. This is plugged directly into the modem and customer support actually told me "contact your local IT guy" really?? I find it amazing this problem starts at both locations immediately following one of their "scheduled maintenance service degradations."
