Connectivity Issues

We are having the same connectivity issue.  short sporadic disruptions in connection.

TC, welcome to the Business Forum.  Modem diagnostics show repeated T3 errors and resets on the gateway.  In order to schedule  a service call I will need additional information.  Please respond the the private message with the requested Information so that we can proceed with resolution.
