After weeks of problems with my internet and e-mail, I contacted Comcast to terminate tje service. The Comcast representative sent me a form to terminate all comcast services, limited to one word "dissatisfaction." There was no place for me to state the reasons, which were external causing intermittent problems extending over more than two weeks. As time went by without any resolution, I finally decided that I must terminate the service and retrurn to Verizon because I had no connectivity due to problems reported to me by various Comcast personell as Node issues, whatever that means. Embarrassing that a large corp could not resolve this in a reasonable period of time.
