Connection slightly worse after "Enhancements"
Howdy,
Anyone else notice that their Business Cable is now slightly worse after the "Enhancements" outage on 3-24? (Firestone, CO)
Not to nit-pick, but I lost about 2-3 Mb/s of speed and gained some latency and jitter. Small value stuff in the 5ms range but still annoying.
On the bright side my SNRs for channels improved quite a bit by a good 2 to 3 Db.

First, have you recently reviewed our Internet Connectivity Troubleshooting article? I find that to be a good place to start. Please let us know if you notice anything that can be adjusted or tested on your end. Otherwise, we may have to take a closer look and/or go through some remote troubleshooting on our end (which we're always happy to do!)
