Connection slightly worse after "Enhancements"

Howdy,

Anyone else notice that their Business Cable is now slightly worse after the  "Enhancements" outage on 3-24? (Firestone, CO)

Not to nit-pick, but I lost about 2-3 Mb/s of speed and gained some latency and jitter. Small value stuff in the 5ms range but still annoying.

On the bright side my SNRs for channels improved quite a bit by a good 2 to 3 Db.

Cheers,

Ted

Hello, @TedofTeds! Thank you for visiting the Comcast Business Support Community with your connectivity and speed concerns. You've come to a great place for help! Our Digital Care Team is awesome to work with because we'll always do whatever we can to review and resolve issues quickly. First, have you recently reviewed our Internet Connectivity Troubleshooting article? I find that to be a good place to start. Please let us know if you notice anything that can be adjusted or tested on your end. Otherwise, we may have to take a closer look and/or go through some remote troubleshooting on our end (which we're always happy to do!)

@Comcast_Sara Howdy! Thanks for the reply. No need to troubleshoot as everything is up and running. I was just expecting to see enhancements after a 4 hour outage to install enhancements.

TedofTeds, No problem. Do you have any additional questions or concerns for us at this time? When monitoring your service, are you checking your self-service online using our Service Status Center like in this link here? This is one great way to check if any issues are still affecting your area.

@Comcast_Gabriel Yep I'm good. I monitor my connection using the Admin features of my Gateway and test against SpeedTest using my closest Comcast node (Denver). I get SMS and email alerts form yall as well.

TedofTeds, Awesome. Do you haveppend to be in the North East area? I see that with the enhancements we are doing, we’ll be making some improvements to our internet infrastructure to support faster speeds and greater Internet capacity.

@Comcast_Gabriel I'm on Purdue Ave in Firestone, CO. Not sure if the enhancements matter as I have an older modem and dont want to go under contract to replace it or even change plans. (2 Gig Fiber is currently being deployed in the area and its a much much better deal than Comcast Biz internet, with no contract and the same rate for life)
