Connection Pro setup information
We just had connection pro installed last week. The technician left no documentation (except for the UPS). If I go to the Connection Pro portal from Business.Comcast.Com (my account, Connection Pro, Manage Connection Pro), I get the following screen:
I am trying to ascertain why it says that broadband is unavailable. I am assuming that is my regular Comcast Business Internet connection. It is working as I type this. Or does this mean that the Connection Pro device does not know it s status? Is there any customer documention on the service and how to integrate it (for lack of a better word) with our existing service and LAN? The few links I've seen in the forum when I search for Connection Pro seem to be dead.

I have the same issue. No documentation left by the install technician. What was your outcome?
