I'm surprised that when I log into my account there are no details regarding data usage, i.e., in April we pulled 3TB down and pushed 600GB up. It would be useful to have the usage broken down by day. I'd also like to see a log of downtimes. Is there some sort of liability reason why Comcast does not provide this data? 

 

I'm aware there are utilities for monitoring internet traffic that can report these sorts of details and also offer a host of other features but I wondered why Comcast does not provide a business version of their data usage meter.  I'd be curious to hear what business data usage utilities other users recommend and why?
