Connection Issues
I have had Comcast for a couple of years, but lately your internet connection is really bad. In October you started the 300 GB a month which I really didn't like and it was an issue for me because I work from home at that time I was already having connection problems. I switched to your Business account, the connection has been much worst mostly at night it doesn't work sometimes. I use Netflix and Hulu, always connected to wifi at home so are my kids and the connection is horrible. Last time I contacted Comcast I was told someone would come on Saturday and the tech never showed. I am looking into AT&T and going to cancel my account with Comcast because things don't get better with your connection it is to unstable.
