Connection issues / DNS resolution

Hi Comcast Business Support, I have been having a problem for several days with my connection. Usually I try to open a web page and it tells me that it is not available. I have to refresh the URL several times to open the web page. There is some problem in the connection when opening a website with the DNS. Any help to solve it is welcome!

Have you also tried clearing cache/cookes or trying different browsers? 

I no longer work for Comcast.

Yes, the same thing happens in Firefox, Chrome, or Microsoft Edge. Trust me, I'm aware of this and I know I'm telling you that there are DNS problems with the Comcast connection. This already happened a year ago

Are you connected to a VPN at all while accessing the website?
