Connection failed to company VPN gateway

 

 I and my colleagues have a problem to connect to company VPN gateway. We met this problem abrutly from 2weeks ago.

Our company use CITRIX access gateway. We can connect it to gateway but we can't access company website. Other websites are ok to connect. I am wondering if comcast block any specific website or we have any other problem.

HI Donny_2540. I checked gateway for possible configuration issues. The port forwarding rules configured on the firewall were not enabled.  Please try you VPN access again.
