Connecting to business internet account

Very frustrated calling comcast as they close at 6 and by the time I am home they are close and of course they dont open on weekends and live chat only is available for residential / normal accounts when business pays 3x more and should get the same report? Makes no sense to me I pay more for less service, ok guys...

 

 

Anyways! I of course believe I have a unique situation but no one will help me so in desperation I've come here. To the kindess of strangers on the internet, don't let me down guys...and gals!

 

I have an existing normal/residential account with comcast that is currently active and that I am connected to now to type this. I recently signed up for a business account through my company, I waited a whole day and a tech finally came to my place and installed equipment and activated the conenction and left.. well later I found that he indeed did not activate the connection and I am still conencted to my residential account. Basically I have two active connections running through my place right now but can only connect to one...so I need to...

 

1) cancel my residential account

2) connect to my existing business conenction the tech installed...

 

 

ideas? help? comcast employees? please? thanks...

hi kevink.  I have engaged the Regional Support Center to assist with this issue.  Also technical support for business customers is available thru the Business SErvice Center @1-800-391-3000.

I have tried caling business support but they are always closed by the time I get home its very frustrating. The only 24hr support is for residential customers but business customers pay way more and I don get that same support? weird.

 

I am currently paying 2x the amt for my business account and on top of that am paying for my residential acct. In October I have paid $60 for my residential and $100 for a business acct that no one can help me acitivate and I have never used...

 

Can someone PLEASE fix this or refund me.

What do you specifically hear when you call support? Their technical support is open around the clock. Billing does close though.
