Comcast PTR Record

Hello Comcast Support,

I would like to discuss with someone either over email or private message, if thats possible, getting my comcast PTR record for my static ip updated with my proper domain. I have a domain via google domains and I believe that I have google's domain records setup properly, however I think it is fairly likely that I may need Comcast to point its own PTR records at my domain as well, as I can't get anything to route to my server (even though on the gateway I have the Server's IP setup for 1 to 1 NAT and its in a DMZ)
