Comcast internet outage emails

Hello,

I have Comcast business fiber internet at my business. Apparently, there was a planned outage in my area last night around 11:45 PM, and I never got the email from Comcast regarding this. I didn't know about the outage till I called Comcast this morning, and they told me there was a "planned commercial outage".

How can I sign up to get alerts from Comcast? I emailed my Comcast reps, but no reply from them.
