Comcast down for the 8th Day !!!!!

Comcast went down on 08/19/15 and hasn't worked since.  I have called support and talked to a human who only says that they have a major outage.  So, what happened?  An earthquake swallowed their entire data center... a tornado flattened 10 square miles????   It is Unbelievable that a company that sells "Business Class" internet has been down this long.  Worst decision I ever made to use their service.
