Comcast Business traffic shaping?

Does Comcast Business traffic get shaped? Speeds on my 50/10 have been consistently bad lately, especially upstream. Signal strength is perfect on the modem. ShaperProbe reports :

Connected to server 80.239.142.234.

Estimating capacity:
Upstream: 10078 Kbps.
Downstream: 21142 Kbps.

The measurement will take upto 2.5 minutes. Please wait.

Checking for traffic shapers:

Upstream: No shaper detected.
Median received rate: 9893 Kbps.

Downstream: Burst size: 5277-5533 KB;
Shaping rate: 15568 Kbps.

and

Connected to server 213.244.128.151.

Estimating capacity:
Upstream: 10489 Kbps.
Downstream: 23873 Kbps.

The measurement will take upto 2.5 minutes. Please wait.

Checking for traffic shapers:

Upstream: Burst size: 7760-7811 KB;
Shaping rate: 9025 Kbps.

Can these reults be trusted?

Thanks!

No, Comcast does not do any traffic shaping, beyond what is necessary during times of complete network saturation. I will say, that ShaperProbe has never worked for me; I have never once had it report my actual speeds (~115/~23)

Are you seeing slow speeds on all other tests? And is this felt during file downloads just in general? If so, could you inform us of your equipment/setup?
