comcast business securityedge reports still coming after cancellation

I canceled and paid my final bill weeks ago, and I am still getting the weekly Comcast Business SecurityEdge reports.  There is no unsubscribe option at all in the email.  How do I stop getting these emails??

@user_d1b0ac Our apologies for the inconvenience this has caused you as it can take a full bill cycle before everything stops including notification and your final bill. Has it been over a month since you disconnected?

The last bill was dated May 3rd.  I will wait two more weeks and see what happens.

@user_d1b0ac I recommend giving it until June 4th. Did you have any additions concerns for us?

user_d1b0ac Please send us a direct message with your full name, business name, full address, and last four digits of your account number or full phone number.

• Click "Sign In" if necessary
• Click the "Direct Messaging" icon in the top right corner
• Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
• The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Comcast Business" there
• - As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Comcast Business" from that list
• - An "Comcast Business" graphic replaces the "To:" line
• Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
