Comcast Business in Atlanta down again.

Our service - internet and phone - is down again.  This outage is the 5th business without service in the past 2 1/2 months.  Completely unacceptable and completely contrary to the level of service we were promised when we switched our service.  What's the problem Comcast?  Is your company not capable of providing service in Atlanta?
