Comcast Business Has Been Terrible

The technician who installed our service a few months ago was great. He went above and beyond. But he was soon transferred and everything went downhill. Our internet connection drops frequently. Today it has dropped 4-5 times in 3 hours. We called customer support and they said that our business account is only set up for 2-3 devices. A business account that only supports 2-3 devices? Well, as unbelievable as that is, we are only connected with 3 devices this morning and it is still crashing. We were told we could upgrade for another $100/month. What? We were also told that a technician could come out but if he didn't find anything we would be charegd $95. Wow. I had heard bad things about Comcast customer support. Now I believe it.
