Comcast Business Bridged Static IP's inbound ports seem to be blocked.

This is a new install, moving from Century-Link's T1 Internet to ComCast Business Internet service.  Setup includes 5 usable bridged static IP's.

Inbound traffic seems to be blocked on ports 443 and 22 on each device connected to the Comcast-netgear 4-port switch.  Outbound is working as expected and shows the proper static ip's as configured.

Any clues to releasing inbound traffic will be gratefully received...

Thank you,

Hello JeffAtPac, for the protection and security Comcast does blocks some ports (here is the complete list).

However port 443 and 22 are not block by Comcast.

Thank you.

Glad to be of assist.

For assistance or queries our technical support is available 24/7 at 1-800-391-3000.

We also have our Comcast Business Forum community to inquire and share information.

- On that, if your HSI service is using an IP-Gateway please check the firewall setting to start on the t/s.

- This is an article entailing our IP-Gateway

However if you want a more personal and in-depth customer internal network issues assistance I recommend an IT support, such our  Signature Support.

Thank you

Thanks, Jon.

Is there anyone at Comcast that I can ask to help me trouble shoot our new service?   What's the best method for seeking this kind of assistance?

Thanks again for your prompt response.
