CGA4131COM Revision 2.1 fails to forward ports

I have a comcast business modem, Model CGA4131COM.  I want to forward
port 22 to my server that has internal address 192.168.1.NNN.  So I
go to

Advanced -> Port Forwarding
Port Forwarding is set to Enable.
Hit + ADD SERVICE
From Common Service, I select ssh
I press CONNECTED DEVICE, select my server, above, and the correct,
IPv4 address shows up in Server IPv4 Address
I hit SAVE and I get an Alert "Failure! Please check your inputs"

I hit Cancel, and it shows the SSH service at port 0 (?) has been added,
but with no ServerIP addresses of any kind.

Greetings, @user_66ea81! I hope your week has been treating you well. Thanks so much for taking a moment out of your busy day to leave a post on our community forum. I'm sorry to hear you're having issues with your modem, but you have definitely come to the right place for assistance.

It sounds like you are doing everything correctly. Is this the first time you've tried to set up port forwarding on this modem, or were you able to forward different ports without getting these errors?

This is the first time.  I just got this modem upgrade yesterday (Apr 30, 2021).

Thank you for clarifying. I'm wondering if that has anything to do with the issue. Let me pull up your account and make sure we have everything provisioned correctly.

If you could send our team a private message with your full name, the business name listed on the account, and the service address associated with your account, I'd be more than happy to look into this for you.

To send a Private Message, please click on the chat icon in the top-right corner of the screen, next to the bell icon, and then type or select "Xfinity Support" to initiate a live chat.

Next to the bell icon on its left?

When I type "Xfinity Support", it does not take.  It does have XfinityLive.  Is that what I use?

My apologies for the difficulties. This system is still a little new to all of us. I actually think you may need to search for "Comcast Business Support". Can you please try that one for me?

Found it.  Just "Comcast Business".

Posting solutions here would be helpful. I also have issues.
