I contacted comcast business support via the phone and was told that I need to buy a service contract to get assistance on this matter. I had to pay a one time fee with Business Class Signature Support to have them look into the problem. They were able to find that smart packet detection on the cable modem was turned on somehow and was then filtering some websites, this website being one of them. Once that was turned off, the problem was resolved. I changed the password on the modem as I have no idea how it got turned on.
