Cannot access domain hosted in network from other pcs within network
Hello, im having an issue accessing a webserver that is hosted inside my network using the domain.
If i use the local ip it works. If i attempt to access it from outside the network using the domain name it also works. However, it is blocked by the modem if i try using the domain from within the network.
Ive tried disabling the firewall altogether for diagnostic purposes and this does not help. there must be something im missing.
Thanks in advance

Hello,
you mean this scenario/functionality?

If your device does not support the necessary "NAT loopback" then I think one trick to solve the situation is to have an internal and external DNS, with your internal DNS resolving the domain names to the internal IP.
