This problem started off intermittenly after we switched to comcastbiz. But now, it is a persistent problem.
The tech support looked at the modem and declared it healthy. Has anyone experienced with this problem in the past? Thanks,

Hey,
I'm having a similar issue right now connecting to my domain.com, mail.domain.com and ftp.domain.com. My trace route is similar to yours. I had to route our ftp and mail servies though our backup connection. The comcast router seems healthy and our domain is fine from other ISPs.
I have no additional information at the time.
