Call your Administrator????
I hope this message finds you all well and living abundantly.
I have been trying to reach someone at Comcast Business Support since April 1, 2015. MagoHart has not been able
to dial out succesfully since 03/31/2015.
We went on chat recently to get help a few days ago. But, chat is only available to residential customers. We asked if we could have the email address of someone in Business Technical support. They told us that we should call the 18003913000 business number. We explained again that we are unable to dial out. How can we call the business support number? We requested if they could simply knock on the cube or the office door of someone in Business technical support in their building. They said they could not do that because they are in the Phillipines.
To Business Technical Support, I receive the following message when I dial out any number, 800, local or long distance.
Line has been place out of service, please contact your administrator.
So, I rebooted the telephone box lights for tel 2 through tel 8 are not illuminated. Tel1 light is illuminated and there is a dialtone.
Bother way I am the Administrator.

04182015 CHECK OF SERVICE 04172015 and 04182015
STILL NOT ABLE TO MAKE OR RECEIVE TELEPHONE CALLS. EVEN TRYING TO DIAL 911 WILL NOT WORK.

Service Check 04202015
Unable to make outgoing or receive incoming telephone calls. 911 dialed and same
error message.
Call your Administrator. Administrator is onsite and cannot resolve issue.
Dialtone repeats its self multiple times before going to a steady tone.

CLOSE MONTH OF APRIL 2015 REPORT. NO SERVICE FOR 24 DAYS EQUALS NO SERVICE. WILL REQUEST A REFUND FOR MONTH OF APRIL.

Service Check 04212015

Received an email back from the business office requesting me to
call for service.
Sent an email to business services with a recording message and reexplained that I have not telephone service
at MagoHart Management.

No telephone service. Can dial 911 as of 04222015.
Same error message to call your administrator.
Administrator is onsite.
Corresponded via email with Business Comcast Executive support. They insist or
report that MagoHart Management is not allowed to receive incoming or outgoing calls
due a past due balance. MagoHart Management Disputes the validity of this statement.
We provided reports of downtime at MagoHart Management, but they want to see proof of payments sent.
We will provide this information as soon as it can be archived.

No telephone service, cannot dial nor can I receive. Can dial 911 as of 04222015.
Same error message to call your administrator.
Administrator is onsite.
No contact with Business Department, still working on archival of history reports for 2015.
