Call quality and tech support issue.
Ticket numbers associated with my account and the issue in question, CR372006295 CR372225180 CR373183746 CR373107636
CR373725224 Had issues with my phone modem losing packets, the sound becoming garbled, customer's not being able to hear me and constantly having to have my repeat myself. The issue took a week to fix and every time I had someone come out it was never my equipment or connections it was a issues with a nodule in the area. When I called in I was promised that I would get a email stating what the issue was and how they fixed it. I called in on monday 06/09/2014 and the tech then tried to tell me it was my phone lines in my apartment which was totally incorrect, basically he was trying to get me off the line and not give me the email I was promised. I need this email for my work so that my supervisors can see what happened and that I was not just calling off sick. I am tired of getting the run around and I will not be pushed. Give me the email that was promised with a detailed description of the issue and when it was fixed. Is that so hard.
