Business Line down for 6+ hours in 94022...?
Guys? Seriously? It rains for a few hours in Northern California and your service goes down? I have business to run, and I don't want to do it from Starbucks...

You should call Comcast. Business class customers get priority techs, someone will come out to your house this late.
Also, if you don't mind me asking, what part of Northern California are you in? I'm also located there and didn't see any issues due to the rain.
