Business Class Service Interruptions

My business class internet is currently down and has been down serveral times recently during business hours on 8/25, 8/26, and now 9/1, as well as a couple times overnight.  Each time the my account page indicates "A service outage for Internet and TV has been reported in your area".

 

Since I need a reliable connection for work I need to find another provider.  Does anyone know if service reliability is a valid reason for getting out of a business contract early without paying an ETF?

Wasnt for me, had to pay. Cancelled anyway as I needed reliable service and at the time COMCAST was not providing that. I reported the problem, had tech's out to look at it several times, they cound not resolve the issue, Still had to pay or mess up my credit.  COMCAST refuses to let it go. No gurantee of service in the conctract. Really Bull. I switched now I am back as they upgraded their system in my area. Works ok Now. But who knows when it will go down hill and I'll get screwed again.

I have to admit to having service issues as well with our Business connection.  I hoped it might be just a one time deal but it seems to be an irregular recurrence.  It's always in the evenings though.  I do have Comcast at home too but its rare to lose connectivity there for some reason.  I am seriously considering switching back to ATT as their service though slow was reliable.
