Business Class Outage - 7 hours and counting

I've been without Business Class internet, phone or TV since 2:50pm central in Huntsville, Alabama. It is now 10:50pm. I've called several times and all I am told is that there is an outage in my area and they are working on it and it should be back up within the hour. 



Is this grounds for breaking my contract? This length of an outage is costing me a lot of money.
